[idldoc] IDLdoc 3.0rc2

 idldoc 3.0 seems to be on its way ... great.

 We are quiet dissappointed here about you choice to no longer provide idl
assistant output. This feature was the most appreciated
by SAXO users among all the new (but less visible) enhancements of our tool.

 IDL 7.0 does'nt appear as a significative evolution so we did not plan to
urge forsake IDL 6.4.

 The main difference between HTML and assisant outputs produced by idldoc
2.0 seems to be the file idldoc-lib.adp.

 As it is possible to "Produce customized output", how can we add in
TEMPLATE_LOCATION directory a file to generate this new idldoc-lib.adp.
