[idldoc] difference between log and warnings

log file and idldoc-warnings.html are different.
For example (idldoc3.0b3 outputs) I can read in my log file

  Parsing pb_continuation.pro...
IDLDOC: param param1 not found in commaafter
IDLDOC: param param2 not found in commaafter

and I only see in idldoc-warnings.html
./pb_continuation.pro: commaafter
partial documentation

On other example with tp1.pro
I can read in my log file
  Parsing tp1.pro...
IDLDOC: unknown tag "returns" in file tp1.pro

while I see in idldoc-warnings.html
./tp1.pro: my_routine
no documentation

This last information is quite severe because in fact I have some file
comments in tp1.pro

We can say that log file is for code maintainer and idldoc-warnings.html
is more for end-users but in fact we would like end-users to become code
maintainer so it will be great to have the same king of informations in
both : the detail one (log) and the synthetic one (idldoc-warnings.html)
