[idldoc] IDLdoc 3.0 beta 4

Another update to IDLdoc is available:

I want to finish off the "Known issues" listed below and have bug  
reports die down before the 3.0 release.


Getting the source code
-----------------------

Source code is available with this release either via read-only access  
to the Subversion repository or via a .zip file. To use Subversion to  
checkout the source:

   svn co http://svn.idldev.com/idldoc

(you probably just want the trunk i.e. http://svn.idldev.com/idldoc/trunk/idldoc) 
. The .zip file of the source is at:

Known issues
------------

   * Search is not implemented yet. This is the last feature to be  
added.
   * Add the abstract, bugs, categories, customer_id, obsolete,  
requires,
     restrictions, todo, and uses tags to the file level.
   * Allow multiple copies of some tags. This might get pushed back to  
3.1.
